Antigva

Antigua je skrivnostna otoška država v vzhodnem Karibskem morju. Na otoku najdemo 365 plaž, tako da lahko uživate neverjetno dolge pasove praktično neobljudenih plaž s srebrno-belim peskom, ali obiščite skrite peščene zalivčke, tla ki bodo zaznamovana le z vašimi odtisi nog. Antigva ima edinstveno morsko dediščino. Nekdaj je bila na tem otoku najbolj pomembna angleška mornariška baza v celotnih Karibih. Nelson's Dockyard (ladjedelnica) v pristanišču English Harbour vam bo dala neverjeten vpogled v življenje tako imenovanih angleških Sea Dogs (angleški pirati). Visoko nad ladjedelnico se dviga Shirley's Heights – prizorišče največjega otoškega žara z reggae glasbo, glasbenimi skupinami z jeklenimi bobni in ples vsako nedeljo. Admiralu Nelsonu bi bilo tu zagotovo zelo všeč!
